Our story begins in Cardiff's schools and hospitals, in the same way as HNO Hughes and Associates.

The Event Agency & Co is built on a foundation of Jonni's lifelong love for sport, and Rachel's passion for music. This has fuelled the drive to provide experiences which become long lasting memories.

As a family run business based in the worlds most passionate rugby capital, we bring the same dedication we gave our students and patients to every guest we host.

For years, we dedicated our lives to teaching and nursing - roles defined by empathy, patience and a duty of care. Today, we've traded the stethoscope and whiteboard for the thrill of match day but our philosophy hasn't changed.

Rachel is the creative force behind our event logistics and aesthetics. She assures that the small things make the biggest impact. From the initial layout to the final finishing touches, her focus is on creating a space that feels polished and exciting to be in.
