Our story doesn’t begin in a swanky hotel or a boardroom; it begins in Cardiff’s schools and hospitals, in the same way as HNO Hughes and Associates.

For years, we dedicated our lives to teaching and nursing—roles defined by empathy, patience, and a duty of care. Today, we’ve traded the stethoscope and the whiteboard for the thrill of match day, but our philosophy hasn't changed.

The Event Agency & Co is built on a foundation of Jonni's lifelong love for sport, and Rachel's passion for all things music. This has fuelled the drive to provide experiences which become long lasting memories.

As a family-run business based in the world's most passionate rugby capital, we bring the same dedication we gave our students and patients to every guest we host.
